Carol Roth, RN-C, provides the health services at the Stockton campus. She joined CSU Stanislaus after a lengthy career in college health at the University of the Pacific. A Stockton resident for more than thirty years, Carol received her nursing degree at Mercy School of Nursing in Ohio, completed her Bachelor's at St. Mary's College in Moraga and holds a certificate in college health nursing. She is a long-time, active member of regional college health organizations and has held several leadership roles on various committees. At CSUS-Stockton, Carol ensures students have access to vaccinations and basic primary care services. She also focuses on health promotion and wellness activities such as informational materials and displays throughout the Stockton facility, and educational efforts aimed at increasing awareness about: breast cancer, domestic violence, the Great American Smokeout and World AIDS Day. She initiated the first annual health and wellness fair on campus and we are excited about the how much the student population appreciates this valued service. Carol enjoys traveling across the country to visit her three grown children and three grandchildren. She also sews, cooks and reads.
