Stockton Health Services

Student Health Services (SHS) in Stockton is located in Acacia Building , Room 1050 and is staffed by a Registered Nurse and clerical support staff. Currently we provide limited primary care and preventive services four ½ days per week. All registered students are eligible for services at the SHS in Stockton as well as at the main Health Center in Turlock . There is no charge for office visits. Appointments are available by calling (209) 467-5496 and walk-in visits are welcome. We are open for service from September through May and closed during the summer months of June through August. There are no laboratory or prescription pharmacy services available in Stockton at this time. These services are available on the Turlock campus.

Limited primary care services include:

Assessment and treatment of minor acute illnesses such as colds, coughs, sore throats, asthma, allergies, flu symptoms
Basic first aid care
Ear irrigations
Evaluation and treatment of minor injuries such as sprains, cuts, burns

Preventive services include:

Immunizations for measles/mumps/rubella (MMR), tetanus, influenza, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningococcal
Tuberculosis screening (TB skin testing)
Health education and counseling
Blood pressure measurements

Limited pharmacy items include:

Over-the-counter medicines for coughs, colds, allergies, pain relievers, and various topical creams
